Payment is processed through your selected method, and you may be charged a cancellation fee if you cancel services after they have started.

  • Disclaimer: The Services are provided “as is.” Transverse disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness, and non-infringement. Use the Services at your own risk.
  • Limitation of Liability: Transverse is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or personal injury. Total liability is limited to $100
  • Indemnity: You agree to indemnify Transverse for any claims arising from your use of the Services, violation of the Terms, or infringement of rights.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, waiving the right to a jury trial or class action. The Dispute Resolution section survives termination of these Terms.

Other Provisions

You cannot assign these Terms without Transverse’s consent. Transverse may assign the Terms to affiliates or successors. Invalid provisions will be severed, and the rest enforced.

Transverse (referred to below as “Company”, “we”, “us”, and “our”), is committed to protecting your privacy and will carefully handle and protect the Personal Information (defined below) which you provide to us, or we obtain during your use of this website (“Website”).

By accessing, browsing or using this Website, or by providing your Personal Information to us, you agree and consent to our handling and processing of your Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not consent, please stop accessing, browsing or using this Website and do not provide any Personal Information to us.
